The Kenmore Rugby Club is proud to release the design of the new kit our boys and girls teams will be wearing for the 2021 season.
The new kit combines the club's recently updated logo with colors from our founding clubs Kenmore West, Kenmore East, and Kenmore Youth Rugby. "We're all proud of the tradition of our founding sides, so keeping those colors in a new design was a no-brainer." said Fred Bressette, Kenmore Rugby Senior Administrator.
"With no one playing any rugby for over a year now, we really wanted to kick off our first season as a unified club with a new uniform design that reflects our fresh start." said Kenmore Rugby Boys Head Coach Mackenzie Doolittle. "We also wanted the design to show everyone our commitment to our 'One Club One Standard' motto. Two teams, one color scheme, no mistaking that we are all part of the same club, " Doolittle added.
The new design marks the first time in over ten years that the boys and girls teams will be sporting the same colors. A new uniform design for the youth flag sides is also planned and will be introduced later this year.
The 2021 season begins April 25th for the girls, and the weekend of May 22-23 for the boys.
