About the Kenmore Rugby Club
Kenmore Rugby Club, Inc.
Incorporated in 2024, the Kenmore Rugby Club is registered with the New York State Department of State as a not-for-profit corporation and is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization.
The affairs of the Kenmore Rugby club are managed by a Board of Directors consisting of no less than four (4) and no more than seven (7) directors. There are four (4) executive positions on the board: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
