RugbyNY has released the Upstate High School Boys 2021 schedule and has made some revisions to the 2021 High School Girls schedule.
The boys schedule sees home and away contests with long time foes Grand Island Rugby and Canisius High School, along with a trip to Syracuse for both the high school and the middle school boys.
The Kenmore Girls schedule has some minor changes including a slightly later start date to accommodate a sufficient number of practices for all of the teams competing this year, and the addition of a season ending league All-Star match.
"This year's schedule was another example of the camaraderie and respect all of the Upstate coaches have for one another." said Kenmore Rugby Club Administrator Fred Bressette. "Everybody involved in the process worked really hard to maximize the number of games while at the same time emphasizing player welfare and safety."
The girls kick off their season on May 2 as they host defending RugbyNY champs Orchard Park. the boys begin play on May 23 as they host Grand Island.
